General
All orders accepted by The Elizabeth May Trading Co. Ltd are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supercede any previous terms & conditions. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products and specifications may vary. Your use of this site is your agreement to these terms & conditions.

We make every effort to ensure the information provided is acurate. We cannot accept responsibility for errors. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without further notice. Colours may vary from those shown.
Orders
Every effort is made to fulfill orders on a daily basis. We will endevour to deliver any order within 5 working days however we do not accept responsibility for late delivery. If we cannot satisfy your order we will part ship it and inform you via e mail. We will ship the remaining part of the order carraige paid as soon as the product is available for shipment.
Delivery
Orders placed before 13:00 hrs will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 hrs may be processed the following day. All deliveries will be despatched parcel force who will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the delivery you will be required to collect it from your local Parcel force depot. Any claims for short delivery must be made within 24 hrs in writing.
Exchange & Refunds
Items will be exchanged if returned in an unused condition providing they are returned within 14 days of receipt. The cost of returning unsuitable goods must be down to the purchaser. Any faulty garments will be refunded upon inspection by The Elizabeth May Trading Co. Ltd. The original reciept must be returned with the garments in all instances.

Payment
All online payments are by credit or debit card only. We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transaction. No orders will be despatched until the paymeny card has been approved. All transactions are secure.
